How we help

Frequently Asked Questions

We understand that buying a mattress is a significant investment. But in the past few years, more than 80% of Americans report struggling with sleep at least once per week. So investing in a quality mattress where you’ll spend an average of 26 years of your life is worth it, right?

With every major investment comes questions and we’re more than happy to help you navigate your purchase. Please take a few moments to browse our frequently asked questions below. And, if you still have questions, come visit us in person so we can help guide you in your decision.

  • We recommend that you set aside an hour to an hour-and-a-half. Wear comfortable clothing!

  • Yes! Our 4000-sq-ft Gallery is set up so that you can move easily between our impeccably clean mattresses.

  • We unreservedly recommend the Blennerhassett Collection, especially for couples. We often tell people ~ your best warranty is to buy a mattress that's appropriate for your body weight. There are very few mattresses designed with the needs of heavier people in mind.

  • The short answer is no. Mattresses wear out because of poor foam quality, not because they are double or single-sided. The main drawback to most 2-sided mattresses is that they are built on a bonelle-type spring unit, which transfers motion across the mattress (think trampoline!) For couples in a queen mattress, this motion transfer can be a very real downside for lighter sleepers. We carry ALL designs of mattresses, including 8 models that are 2-sided, and we are more than happy to explain the pros and cons of all the options available to you.

  • Yes! There are handicap parking and ramp steps from our front door. Our Gallery is all one level, and we have a spotless public restroom.

  • We take all public health matters seriously and follow CDC guidelines in both our Gallery and during the delivery of your mattress.

  • That depends entirely on the quality of your mattress and your individual weight. When people inquire about a warranty, we tell them their best warranty is to purchase a mattress appropriate for their body weight. The industry average is seven years.

  • Mattresses wear out incrementally over time, so many people end up sleeping on worn-out mattresses without even realizing it. Pressure points causing you to turn many times during the night are an indication that either the mattress is worn out or your comfort needs have changed over time.

  • Our main 2000-sq-ft warehouse is directly underneath our Gallery on the terrace side of our building. We keep our warehouse as impeccably clean as our Gallery. Used bedding never enters our main warehouse. We have a separate 200-sq-ft offsite unit where old mattresses are stored until disposed of. Our truck is thoroughly cleaned after every delivery schedule is complete.

  • We deliver free of charge within a 20-mile radius of our business. Outside of that radius, we seek only to cover our direct delivery costs.

  • We will remove your old mattress for a charge of $10. That charge is to cover the plastic bag that we use so that there is no cross-contamination in our truck between the new bedding we are delivering and the old bedding we are removing.

  • Friendly, expert guidance from people who truly care about your sleep and well-being.
